ATMs are available during the opening hours of both venues.

Monday - Wednesday = 8:30 AM - 11:00 PM
Thursday - Friday = 8:30 AM - 11:00 PM
Saturday = 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Sunday = 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Aurelio:
Monday - Sunday = 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Can various problems occur during transaction?

Yes, there is a possibility of various technical problems occurring while using ATMs.

The staff of every venue is equipped with special business cards that have support’s phone number and email written on it.

What to do when a problem occurs?

When a problem occurs, please call the support department. You will then have to give details about the transaction and send them through email. Our support crew member will determine the statuses of the transaction and the error. After finding the transaction, you will be informed about the start of the reclamation procedure. This procedure might last up to 48 hours.

How to buy FTO/BTC?

  1. Click the FTO or BTC icon.
  2. Choose the “Buy” option.
  3. Choose the currency that you would like to pay with in order to buy FTO/BTC.
  4. Show the ATM’s camera your unique QR code from your digital wallet meant for cryptocurrencies.
  5. Put the banknotes into the machine.
  6. The screen will show you the amount of FTO/BTC units that you might buy at a current rate for the amount of money we have inserted.
  7. After accepting the transaction units of a chosen cryptocurrency will be sent to your digital wallet, you can also take the receipt from the machine.

How can I check if the money has been transferred?

That information can be checked here: https://explorer.futurocoin.com/insight. In the box on the right you will have to type in the address of your wallet then you will receive the status of the transaction.

Can I cancel the transaction?

After the transaction is finalized, it cannot be cancelled.
